Feasibility funding unlocked
Utility-scale solar, Cameroon
A 200 MW solar-plus-storage project needed feasibility funding. We rebuilt the model and structure (60% DFI debt, 13.2% IRR) and produced a €2.4M funding note — approved to launch funding.
We structure blended-finance solutions that get infrastructure, climate and SME projects in emerging markets funded by DFIs, EU programmes and private investors.
Every stalled project is lost jobs, infrastructure and climate impact.
A structure, model and documentation investors can say yes to.
Public and private funds combined to de-risk the deal.
A clear route into Global Gateway and Team Europe instruments.
Returns and measurable social and environmental results.
We know how frustrating it is to have a strong project that doesn’t get funded. Our team has spent over 30 years on both sides of the table, as investors and as business developers, and helped shape the EU’s Global Gateway and Team Europe strategies.

Regional infrastructure, Central Africa
Transport, energy and ICT projects across eight countries kept stalling. For an EU programme we screened the pipeline and structured priority projects into short-lists of bankable deals.
Digital economy, Cameroon
Promising tech firms were invisible to European early-stage funders. We screened 38 companies and matched them with partners — putting six investment-ready projects forward for an EU mechanism.
Pension capital mobilisation
Long-term savings rarely reach development. We built the case for a national pension fund to back a FCFA 25–30bn digital-economy fund, and mapped how leading European pension funds invest in development-bank bonds.
Marine biodiversity credits
Marine restoration is hard to finance because ecological gains are hard to price. We built a biodiversity-credit methodology — now clearing its 83% confidence threshold and heading to Mediterranean pilots.
Value-chain finance, Africa & Asia · team experience
A development bank wanted private co-investment in its pipelines. The team ranked projects and designed the instruments — SPVs, guarantees, preferential loans, thematic bonds — defining financing for 130+ projects in six countries.

At Abaris, we know you want your project to deliver real impact. To do that, you need capital from investors and development funders. The problem is that their requirements are complex, and strong projects stall because they aren’t structured to fit.
We believe good projects shouldn’t fail for lack of a financial structure. With 30 years on both sides of the table, we know what funders look for.
Here’s how it works: we assess your project’s bankability, structure the deal, and connect you with the right funders. Book a bankability review today, and turn a promising project into a funded one.
